Who is Milord
The story of Milord is not just any story.
Milord is a German shepherd who was brutally beaten and subsequently abandoned in an inhospitable open field, to die a slow death.
As soon as Cristina was informed of this, she went to look for him, after Milord had spent 2 months dragging himself aboutt in an attempt to survive.

From that day forward his luck would change. They took him to the college of Veterinary Medicine in León, where he was diagnosed with a broken sacrum and a broken vertebra of the spine, and he was treated for 3 months until he had fully recovered.

From the moment that Milord was retrieved from that open field, and word of him was spread by Cristina, his story made it all the way around the world. Hundreds of people wanted to offer financial and emotional help for his recovery. They were offering very different things, such as making a special wheel chair, and children breaking their piggy banks for this great cause. And so came the creation of a chain of people, who without knowing one another, came together for a common cause, to help in saving the life of Milord.

After his recovery, and a huge and exhausting election process, we found a family for him; Chantal and Angel, who presently offer him the love and affection and the home that he always deserved.
According to veterinarians, Milord's recovery was a miracle.
